Help:

Username:
Your username is in the form: Forename Surname.
(Please note the space between names)

You can also use your email address as your username.

Forgotten password:
If you cannot remember your password, click on 'Request new password' at the top.
Then enter your username or email address (the one that the clerk has for you).
Click on email new password.
You will recieve an email with a link which if clicked will log you in (one time only).
You must then change your password to something you will remember.

To change your password once logged in:

• Click on 'My Details' on the left menu under your name. 
• Click on 'Edit' at the top of the page.
• Enter a new password.)
